Welcome to Martial Art Moves.co.uk on this website there will be
pictures and video's teaching you how to do some cool Martial Art moves
and also you can upload your own tutorials and videos. There are
sections too so you can easily choose between styles of Martial Art's.
We will also be teaching you katas from variouse Martial Art's as well
as locks, throws and striking techniques. You learn the techniques as
if you are in a class all techniques are taught in a way of which you
can easily understand.

Ok here's a quick warning, if you decide to try or attempt the
tutorials on this website then you are attempting on your own free will
and that you are taking the risk that you may injure yourself if the
techniques are done incorrectly so we suggest you practise at your gym
on the mats. So practise these techniques at your own risk.
